I don't get it, why didn't the guy in the car ****ing jump on the gas, shoot down the road a bit, then hit the brakes and toss it in reverse and run that idiot without the shirt down.

I would have backed up over him then jammed it in drive again and run him down. Why the hell that driver just let him climb around like that I will never know.
