yeah..keep an eye on craigslist for the same people repeatedly selling wheels cause they'll do it overtime. Just get a group of like 5-6 guys to contact people everytime a fishy ad comes up and see if you get the same names popping up.

Let's not start pointing fingers already. The guy just has one Rota Action with an Evo offset (OMG, I'm learning stuff from work! Hooray!). Then the other 3 are, like the description said, Kosei Racing Senekas. Which looks like they haven't been cleaned in years. It said nothing about them being new. I read that one too immediately after I read this thread.

 

people who can't afford retail prices should quietly peruse ads for known used parts from known members on the forums, not cheer on the theft of parts from a manufacturer beloved to the boards.

Agreed. I wasn't cheering I was joking around about my own financial situation in the first place. Then someone got mad and said it wasn't funny. Obviously the fact the rims were stolen from subydude or rota doesn't make me happy. I don't wish for bad things to happen to people, I was simply joking around in the first place that I could finally afford some rims, but then people got bent out of shape. Anywhoo don't take offense subydude etc.. I hope your insurance covers it, or you find the wheels or whatever. Someone busted into mitsu and stole a bunch of seats from evo's around here and they caught them on the internet trying to sell them like craigslist or somethin, so I'm sure something will turn up.

 

You know, there's a good time and place to joke about sh*t like that, but this thread wasn't the place to do it though. C'mon man, have some sense.
