For the Stockton people, in additon to the Stockton area and those who passes through, word of caution, a new police substation has been built and is in fully operational order off of Tam O'shanter and Hammertown.......or 1 1/2 blocks down from Hammer Lane and about a a mile or so away from Hwy 99. I come home from work usually around midnight or so, and over the past month or so the cops has been busy at night. Tons of ricers with hoods popped with somebody inspecting the engine bay all over the northside of Stockton. I've already counted more than 5 vehicles on flatbeds over the past few weeks.

Its good that the substation is built for the absolutely needed protection (I live a few more blocks away and the sirens are lullabies). But its a bit annoying having the recent crackdown on modified vehicles. I'm personally just waiting until I get stopped and asked to pop my hood once before I install some stuff that I've been pooling together. This is a words up for those who could use the info.

OT: Does anyone know of a Silver WRX with Nevada plates and some graphics on it in stockton. Saw him the other day and was an interesting experience.

OT, the guy w/ the silver wrx w/ the graphics and the nevada plate is a guy named Alvin, lives around town, he' a friend of a co-worker...tried to get him to check out i-club, or even to a few of the meets but i haven't had much response. there's also a silver sti that lives around walmart too. another friend of a friend. there's a lot of people w/ the subies but none interested in the community

 

The silver WRX with Graphics has F&F issues, he gave me the Hazzards on the freeway and kept trying to get me to race. What a putz!
