Angry Stinky Sti on 680 South.

I was driving down 680 South yesterday at 6:15 when a blue STi gets on the freeway from Washington, He got on it hard and he was in front of me be about 1/4 mile. I saw lots of gas and fumes spraying from his exhaust and it was the worst smell I've ever smelt. Get your car tuned because that car stunk badly! My wife was asleep woke up and said Roll down the windows. You be killing the people behind you. Just a little FYI.

Even tuned catless cars will stink a bit when you get on the throttle. That's the problem with catless; if you can smell it so can the CHP.

1. pass him, if you can, and then you wont have to worry about the smell
2. change the in cabin air filter

My car smells of gas fumes since I have gone catless, but it doesnt bother me so its all good.

**** man... besides the catless smell I've got a small leak from the fuel tank and if I drive w/ my windows up for ~30 minutes I start to feel high.

Gotta get that fixed before it kills me...

This is why 1 cat, which may take away 5hp(?) is worth it. It's kinda like saying mr CHP pleae pull me over.

IIRC, the cabin filter is a factory option, so many WRXs don't even have one.
