Im majoring in Art. All the animated film people do 10-12 hours everyday. They get a month off if they're lucky, but that isn't enough for me to work to the bone the whole year. We'll see when i graduate in a year or so.

it will be fine until i have a family, sorry for you and your 2 girls right?

I've worked for a whole week straight one time (4-5 hours on both Saturday and Sunday though). I was not pleased and I was terribly grumpy towards the end of that gauntlet. Now that I think about it, I didn't get a day off until the Saturday after. Hang in there dude, at least you can post online while you're at it. =/

My previous job at Intel I had compressed shift. My hours working there at the time was 12 hrs a day, 6pm-6am. I'm currently working graveyard shift hrs still, but only 8 hrs 6 days a week. Yeah me too I'm at work as we speak and the way I look at it, more money on the suby lol na jk most of it will go into my savings.

I make video games, so during typical busy periods I will work 15-16 hour days, 7 days a week. Yay for double time!

Don't worry, you're not the only one. For the past 10 and a half years I've been starting work around 5:30 am and going home close to 6 pm. Manual labor.
You get used to it.

All times are GMT -7. The time now is 03:00 PM.
