Any recommendations for places to get stickers made (1000+) in clear vinyl or die cut? Local or online?

I am having my buddy do some for me. Gonna cost me a freakin arm and a leg to get the first couple made up..caus he had to rework the design so it would work with the cutter. It's owl boogies design....Can't wait to see it.
