STI vs STI Limited

Orders supposedly begins tomorrow. I've long debated whether I am going to order the base STI or the STI Limited. For the past 4 months I've been determined to go with the Limited because I do like the upgraded interior and moon roof, for ~3k more. I'm just looking for a second opinion, whether this decision is the right one. Though I know it's highly subjective.

This is the third thread you have for buying your new car, get the limited and be done with it.

Limited with leather option. Only difference to the premium.

I hate leather, if you like leather then get the limited if not get the premium.

(I think they have premiums for STi, maybe its only for the WRXs)

Have you sat down in both? If not, you need to do yourself that favor.

I have '12 WRX Limited. While the leather feels cheaper than those in German luxury cars, for me it was still worth the extra $$$ over the base model WRX cloth stuff.

Leather in the summer and you're wearing shorts is a painful thing. I would stick w the alcantara interior.

Is this the model year that's taking the 2.0L from the BRZ?

I've sat in both and really liked the limited. The only grief I have is potentially the leather aging and getting all nasty. I'll try my best to preserve it though.

Moon Roof = chassis flex
Option out the standard and spend the extra $3K on an Accessport and some chassis bracing

I wouldn't go for the moon roof either. Not just chassis flex, but adds about 100lbs hanging over your head...really not the best place to add weight.

Leather always seems like a great idea...until summer, or winter, or cleaning, or wear. OK, yeah pretty much never.
