I have never rebuilt brembos but I have done other calipers. Its not to difficult. I would say do it yourself!
Take them completely apart, clean them up a little with a degreaser take them to a powdercoater, than you would have to re-hone the cylinders. You can get good cylinder hones at many auto parts stores that fit on a drill gun.
Your car would be apart for a little bit though.

I've found rebuild kits and figure maybe have it all done in one place. The set I'm thinking of refinishing are a spare set that's been sitting, so car won't be down.

I'd venture to guess that he's a decent place to start considering he had probably 8 calipers hanging up when I was in there. I'm sure just about anyone that does quality coating can refer you to someone that they use or even just pass them off so you don't do anything until they're done.
I'm sure if you pick up a kit a coater could do it.

If you want my honest input I'd call the dude in the Facebook link I put up. He does solid work and I'm sure he can probably do the whole rebuild for you. But from what I hear it's really not that hard.
Maybe ask him if you strip them down if he can do the coating and honing so they are ready to rebuild when you get them. Since you don't have to worry about down time it's the way I'd go.
Im not sure of any one stop places that will do that but i got a powder/wet painter for you.If you need more info PM me and i can set something up for you.
