You can't just turn your rotors if there isn't enough left on them so may not help.

There, now that the semantics are out of the way check your e-brake adjustment as well as hub and steering freeplay too. For that matter, rotate the tires modified-x style to be sure it's just not a tread wear issue. (Pattern-B)

"Warped Rotors" is the same as guys my age saying "Hand me the dikes.". It's a term most don't use but the reason for using it is still the same.

My lord, it's the Toyota forums all over again. :/

Had a similar issue to what you describe and my rear rotors were at the limit. Replaced them and haven't had that happen since. Also had them done by Mann Make sure you map their new location if you haven't been there since they moved. Not too far from the old place and much nicer.

Another +1

Absolutely love the stoptech street performance pads. Best bang for the buck by FAR. Also, Stoptech blank rotors are just rebranded Centrics, so they're quality rotors as well. I have this setup in the rear and love it.

Since you're going to Mann, you might have him do Mintex pads all around. He will most likely recommend OEM rotors if you are going to go Centric. I am running Stoptech SPs with Brembo blanks up front and Mintex rears with OE rotors. Mintex has a street pad that are a newer version of the Stoptech SP formula. For the rotors, if you need them, see what you can get for less. I got the Brembo blanks really cheap on sale at Tire Rack.
