State Ref ticket can anyone help

I need a little help. I have a state ref modified exhaust ticket coming to its due date and am looking for a stock DP and midpipe. I just need these parts and am willing to leave my dp and midpipe as collateral.

If you can help please let me know, i am in oak. and am willing to drive. I have all my own tools as well.

Thanks

but that's like your last chance ain't it? If you pay it, then they make you pay it each and every time after, and still make you ref or something like that don't they?

Unfortunately the fine is more like 400. And you still have to get it smogged at the ref.
They dont clear these tickets until its signed off.
