Hey does anyone have the info for the State Ref in San Jose? Like the street address and phone#... I tried doing a search but didn't help. Earlier I gave LIC a call about it but they're closed for now. Lmk, I gotta set up an appointment with the State Ref pretty soon thanks!

did u get pulled over already with your swap?

 

after you do a motor swap that is a newer/different model engine you are required to take it to a smag ref so the DMV knows of the change. Then your insurnace company can update their info as well.
Then you get a little card that you carry around with your registration so if you get pulled over, you can show them your swap is legit.

 

I remember them being at Evergreen Valley college.

No I didn't get pulled over I need to make an appointment for the reason mcdrama stated above. So Evergreen Valley College huh? I guess I'll have to look into that soon.
