they didn't even ask about drugs and that is on my record now too, besides the plant wasn't in my car last time, and as far as the tint I am just gonna get it signed by a cop friend and send it in with a check for $25 since it's not $10 for fix it's anymore

Thats because they want it mounted to the front bumper, not on your dash so it can decapitate your passenger if you get into a crash.
