I finally watched the bird video.... what the...?

The laser didn't even sit on the bird... what exactly happened? Did he bust it's eye or something?

the bird would feel that strong of a laser, also it went past the birds eyes which would royally screw it up. We're not talking a cheesy little 2-5mw pen laser this was a serious laser, plently or power to burn the retina.
