i saw some servicemen walking into Starbuck w/ full Army uniform this morning. It reminded me of this video. Its a little bit disturbing. At first i thought it was JDM style car graphics design or something? Maybe the uniforms and patches were outsourced to China and they F-it up? Can anybody explain why this is? Has our government been hijacked?

The basic answer is: they are brave!
This flag is symbolic of the men who used to march into battle with an actual flag. So steady and strong that the flag would blow behind them. On the arms of our soldiers, the flag faces as if being carried into battle, blowing behind them.
both answers are correct.
you dont know how people i have corrected on proper US FLAG etiquette.
for example, when hanging the flag "down", that the field of stars is to be on the upper left, not on the upper right.
and when you fly the flag upside down, that is a sign of distress.
and when you are flying the US flag with other flags (state flags, for example) on the same pole, that the US flag is to be at the top most position.

When it says in the video ALL uniforms that is not true. I am a active duty service member and NONE of my 8 different uniforms even have a US flag on them.
