Yea I give it a A-, friends gave it a B+. Great plot, and had the special effects to match it. Go watch it!

 

i really liked it. A- and i got to watch it on IMAX. my friend watched it both in imax and in regular and said the imax was well worth the extra money and in fact missed some things watching it on the regular screen

 

I am not a huge Star Trek fan either but I saw it today and enjoyed it from start to finish. One of my favorite movies of the year so far.

 

go see it in IMAX it was amazing.

 

Saw it last night and enjoyed it. I like how they made the movie enjoyable even for those that don't know much about Star Trek (like me )

BTW, anyone know who she is?

im sad i paid to see it, was just meh to me. nothing spectacular. i was hoping for it to not just be another star trek movie

 

... so I'm not the only person who noticed her...

 

watched the cam from devise a few days ago and just dled a new TS cam that is pretty much as good as it's going to get before the discs actually release. It's a damn entertaining movie, I was not a fan of the series, never liked it but never hated it either but JJ Abrams hit a homer on this one

 

I watched this movie at the IMAX in San Jose. I loved the movie. However, are all IMAX theaters the same? I thought that IMAX theaters were supposed to be monster sized?
