Well I've begun operation every year.

It's a covert operation involving trickery, broken promises and great intentions.

I've cut burger type joints out and ALL SODA. I'm not much of a candy guy and my diet is not to bad. It's more of a need for excercise and a more regular diet.

i am still in process of installing stage 1...research and purchasing has begun on stage 2.

I've lost about 50 pounds over the course of 2004 by not eating fast foods, trying to stick to clear soda's, if I have one at all, and walking a mile every other day.

Also, I try to home cook as much as possible, i.e. no Hamburgur Helper, no Chef Boyardee stuff like that. I try to make everything I eat myself. I was diagnosed with an odd heart condition in December of 03, and the docter said I had to lose about 75 pounds in six months. I said screw that, I'll do it my way and this is what I came up with.

I went from 285 pounds in December of 03 to 221 pounds in December of 04.
