Coming from sac, I believe that too. Nothing to do, same old ****. I like it much better down here, I feel there's more things to do, more places to go, and more randomly hot chicks jogging around(the population is higher too though).

Either way, there's a lot of cool people up in sac. Just can't really say that about the cops. Fck Elk Grove PD, and I'm not a fan of Roseville PD either. Not once have I see a cop over here even bother to look at me down here since there's so many beaned/riced out honda's that have cut springs, straight pipes, wood body kits and sht(a bit dramatized, but you get what I'm saying).
