Anybody have any idea what's underneath that skin? All i've heard of (and seen) so far is the Fiero/Tesstorossa "conversion"

Forgot to mention: i did spot it from the upstairs parking lot while it was turning in from j.serra, i was like: "omg its a fiero f40!" and the people around me didn't know wtf i was talking about, and kinda walked away looking like i was some wierdo who was dissing a ferrari.
