Spoiler Question.

Ok. So I’m debating to get a spoiler or not. One minute I'm in love with it. The next min I think it’s the ugliest thing. So confused! Ahh! Just wanted to get your guy's thoughts opinions. Pro's Con's, things like that.

Thanks a lot

I posted a question about spoilers also. Its a hard decision, if you go with the spoiler, you lose that sleeper look. If you don't have a spoiler, you look like a kia. I've seen a lot of spoilers on wrxs and I personally think that the stock looks the best! I'm probably going to get a stock spoiler. As for the reply above, spoilers on our cars are purely cosmetic. Our cars cannot go fast enough for the spoilers to make a difference.

Yeah, I'm trying to figure out if I want the spoiler or not, because if I get the car without out and later on want to do it. It’s going to cost me way more. I rather get it at cost from the dealer and finance it.

Yes the stock spoiler is just for looks. I used to have the stock spoiler and after I did a swap for a wingless trunk, the car behaved exactly the same on high speeds, it shakes and feels unstable. If you have a wingless trunk, I'd keep it if I were you and invest in a functional front lip spoiler. I have the CWest on mine and I felt a big difference after using it. The car doesn't shake any more, I could basically let go of the steering wheel at 120mph and the car just goes straight.
Who says a wingless trunk makes the car look like a KIA? Mine sure doesn't look like one.

I'd take wingless over stock spoiler any day.

Yours really doesn't. But yours is lowered. The reason I said that it looks like a kia is because my friends girlfriend has a kia and when we parked next to eachother and looked from behind, they look pretty similar.

I think it also really depends on the color of the car. If you've got a white one, please don't add a spoiler.... the white makes for a good looking sleeper

I hate the stocker, unless it's on risers. I agree with huck, either go aftermarket or just don't get one.

what do i do, how hard would it be to remove the spoiler and fill the holes and paint it?
how much would a body shop make me pay
