Apparently Sam Raimi & Tobey Maguire (as well as other cast members) have quit the movie. Looks like they want to get a new person to play Spider-Man and restart the Franchise with Spider-Man in High School.

The 3rd one sucked, but people still went to see it. Way too many bad guys and story lines in the 3rd one, they really should have stuck with only 1 maybe 2 bad guys tops. Just too convoluted of a plot.

Good. Both of them were terrible choices to be in the movies.
Not that I will be seeing the next ones anyway - the Spiderman franchise lost me as a customer.
