How much is the fine for a 30 in a 20 in solano?

 

not sure..but i was given a ticket for like $118 for speeding for going 85 on a 70

 

i got 273 for 53 in a 35

 

i got a 432 dollar fine, license suspended, and rejected from traffic school for going 55 in a 35

 

woooooooooow! let me guess, Santa Clara County?

Don't pay for the ticket! Fight it...or delay your court date over and over again until you are free...or written declaration.

yea it was santa clara county. this was also my first point on my record but i have been pulled over plenty of times before that because of state refs and fix it tickets. judge was also a beezy on her rag or something cause she also suspended a doctors drivers license for 2 weeks for drive 60 in a 50.

Haahaha,, your right about that.. But.. I have secret wepons to stay one step ahead..

 

Secret weapons that only work if the LEO use their weapons. If they "speed pace" well thats a wrap.

 

tanzley, best bet is take it to court and pray the cop doesnt show up.

and if he does show up, ask for a plea of a lesser fine.

 

The problem with that approach is that cops get overtime to show up to court appointments.

They don't get anything more to reply to written declaration "paper work"
