Hey guys/girls, post up where you know that cops setup speed traps (a.k.a. standing with their radar gun, catching people speeding) around the bay area. I think it'll be good to know and share with everyone on here, so we can all avoid speeding in certain areas.

-one area i know for sure is on ruby in front of evhs, i seen alot of people get pulled over there.
-another area is if your going down capitol expressway, before aborn, a cop sometimes stands at the bus stop in front of the sizzlers

i see one heading northbound from morgan hill on 101N right after the bailey exit.

seen it a few times.

 

the day before yesterday there white CHP cars almost every 1-2 miles on 680 to 101 all the way down to hollister.

 

really? i did not see that and i drive to hollister every day from east side san jose. what time was it??

anyways i always see police cars haning out under the 10th st overpass on 101 south on my way to hollister

The whole week on W. Hillsdale Blvd. in San Mateo, "hilly" side, the "your speed" machine has been sitting in one spot. Tonight a block or two down from it, on a downhill, cycle cop with his radar. Speed is 25 almost all the way to Alameda de las Pulgas so watch out.

 

On Ramp near Lake Merrit to 580 East Freeway, CHP hiding about on the shoulder on the ramp.

The bottom of Highway 9, I got a ticket for going 46. The speed limit is 30 but people go a little faster than that. The motorcycle cop is unforgiving.
