spec c Roof Vent install help

Ok I want to buy a roof vent but have no clue who I can trust to install this thing. The last thing I want to have happen is to come back to pick up my car and they have centered it in the dead center on the roof.

Any of you running run right now? if who installed it and would you go back.

If this is a repost sorry.

Thanks again Nick

<---- Installed by me. I don't trust other people working on my car. I had bad experiences when I did. It was the one and only time too. The hardest part was making the first cut. After that it was easy. Just measure twice (or more) then cut once. Don't know of too many shops that would install it. Those that do will charge a lot bu doesn't necessarily mean that they know what they're doing.

Come on Nick I will get a blow torch and we'll chop open that roof of yours and install the vent - No problem..

If all else fails we can weld it in place )

There's a huge possibilty of messing anything up. It just takes time, patience, and guts to make sure everthing turns out smoothly.

Cool, is there a fan that blows out or something?

no, it pressurizes the cabin to keep debris from coming in from the windows and other points of entry. ever notice how when youre driving on the freeway the wind blows directly INTO the car?

and yeah, its around $300 depending on where you buy

I can help if you want. I didn't do the roof vent but I did the fender blinkers (same deal cutting metal on your car ). Let me know and I just might order one also and we can do an install day at my house or something.

Hey Nick,

1. You don't have a rally car.
2. It's not a spec C RA.
3. It won't increase the value of your car.
4. You still have a/c, so why?
5. Even if you are not here, I'm here to give you ish.

#2 doesnt count because if it was a spec C RA he would already have a roof vent
