In short...The bus became uncontrollable after a severe mechanical failure. The fat guy in a suit at the end speculates that the braking system went out, but does not rule out fault of the driver. Overall roughly 20 cars where hit and 4 people hurt, all with light concussions. They go into details of the route, location of all the hits, owner/operator identities of the bus, live witness interviews, seeking help in investigation etc.

The funniest part, the bus came to a stop about 10 meters away from a statue of a saint dedicated to good deeds/luck or something

The brakes on the bus failed completely and it continued to plow through traffic, totaling tons of cars and running into a staircase.
