we originally planned to be at D&B at 10:00AM, but after re reading the thread found here slack and i determined that it would be better if we arrived there at 10:30, and besides, if we got there at 10:00AM, im sure some of us might be a little bored =)

hmm..i just looked at the time it takes us to do that drive, pretty damn long IMHO

is anyone interested in caravaning from south sac/stockton?
instead of doing the above plan thru 80, we could also just not do the caravan at all, and go the route i am more familiar with,

Your second idea sounds great to me.

I also thought it would be cool to meet up in Fairfield but the extra driving and time is rather demanding. If your route takes you by Stockton I will gladly join, just name a place and time or call me at 8 Mile Rd and i will catch up with you at Hammer ln in Stockton.

Also, is anybody bringing any FRS radios and if so what will be the official I-Club frequency?

If there are any other people from Stockton and if Dorifto decides to head south, then we can meet at my house. I live at Hammer Ln and Hwy 99 by the big church.

Yes, the church is still under construction but is very close. You can easilly see it from the Hwy. If you take that very next exit (Hammer Ln) and make your way to the church, I live in the houses right accros the street. It's really easy and there are both a Shell and an AM/PM at that exit for gas and snacks. From my house to D&B is about an hour to an hour and a half with reasonable trafic so what times table do you have in mind?
We could plan on rolling through Stockton about 8:30 and that would put us in Tracy about 9:00.
Anybody from the Modesto area could meet up with us in Tracy(Perhaps at the Tracy Outlets Exit for easy freeway access) say

By the way, have you ever done Hwy 84??? Very cool when the trafic is light...

well we were planning on heading out of EGKK (elk grove krispy kream) at 8:00AM even
ive actually timed myself
from EG to the highway 4 junction off of 99 is roughly 45 minutes
lol i have no idea if that helps you any
but what time should we meet you up?
no i havent done 84, im sure its fun, but a suby caravan is easy prey for the police, and besides, we might not pass any other suby caraveners if we go thru that highway

How fast do you plan on driving? 60-70-80

I also want to be at D&B at 10:00 am so I am willing to leave even earlier if needed. I believe in getting there early.
I will monitor this thread throughout the week for any changes in times or routes but the route you have outlined is really the best. i only brought up 84 because it is a very cool road. Your right, the caravan needs to stay on main Hwy's.

Well I hope many people join this caravan this is going to be funnnnn.
