whats legit for me is that 3200' is only 10 minutes away from me lol
im not going over the hill to sea level *then* back up to 4000' lol but you east bay guys can, of course

haha true. Do they close off Diablo rd often when it snows? because that is 3800' plus that mtn range all the way past SJ seems to get more snow than the peninsula range.
yeah, diablo rangers close the roads towards the top to discourage people from going. you have to hike quite a bit to get to the snow
