I'm gonna rip out my lawn and change it to something that uses less water and maintenance.

Any references for someone who can do the work at a reasonable price?

I do not care about having a home that looks good enough to be a showcase for HGTV. I just want to cut my water usage, maintenance labor, and still be in compliance with upkeep regulations.

In addition, I'm hoping to turn part of the front lawn into "wider driveway". So it's a bonus if I can get someone to do that too.
