South Bay Dealer Service

I need to take my car in for warranty work and so I am looking for feedback on where to take it. Anyone have any recent feedback on:

Capitol Subaru

Stevens Creek

Santa Cruz

Carlsen

?

I'm looking for a smooth trouble free experience, a friendly service writer, knowledgeable techs, an onsite paid or free loaner car, and to have my car in the shop for as little time as possible. I'm definitely interested about shops to avoid.

I recommend capital subaru. They have great service and good techs. Justin will take care of u. There's also a new guy working in the front, I believe his name is Eric n he's cool too. Overall I've had good experiences with Capital Subaru. Capital FTW

If you have any problems with Stevens Creek, talk to Mr. Unit 91. He'll take care of you.

I'd love too. Can you respond here or PM me the name of a good service writer there? I have a great relationship with my Honda service writer and am looking for the same at a Subaru dealer. Thanks

Can't really go wrong with any of the three we have, honestly.

Stevens Creek is pretty good. There's what? 4 i-clubbers working in there?

I bought my '09 from Stevens Creek back in August and so far I have taken it there for regular service twice. Both times Kevin took care of me and he did an excellent job. Also the directv with comfy couches is pretty nice I think it's the only place where I can watch Fight Club on G4 while I am waiting for an oil change.

Three of us in parts and one in service. He's a tech and used to work for me.

Were you one of the ones I bought my right headlight from for my '02?
