Borla hush will be the questiest, although not THAT quiet once you add ELQ and such, no exhaust will be quiet anymore.

How about welding some resonators to your mid pipe? That will help big time and wont hurt your performance really (as long as you use 3" resonators to match your min pipe)

I am fully cattless and have Perrin EL Headers. I have a COBB exhaust which i like. It sounds good and doesn't draw attention from the Cops

I think it's going to be challenging to quiet down a catless exhaust system. I recommend, since you would like to keep the stock appearance, any 3" system that ends with a reasonable muffler. You'll want at least two resonators, as they bring the sound pressure levels down. I replaced my downpipe cat with a test pipe and my car, with a 3" catback (resonator/muffler) went from mild to uncomfortably loud. Spool > noise for now at least.

My Cobb looks stock and is one of the quieter mufflers. Subaru's SPT meets noise standards for all 50 states on a stock car,so that's probably the quietest (made by Bosal).
