I've noticed that, too. I am actually okay with it. As long as it meets my needs, it is all good for me.

It is a great arrive and drive car for motorsports. You can certainly do things with it to make it faster but out of the box, I think it is pretty good.

It's fun to drive.

Fuel economy is pretty good. I average a little more than 28 mpg and I drive about 60% city.

I think the BRZ handles much much better. BRZ doesn't quite have the power... but power isn't everything. All cars have their pros and cons. You wouldn't want to drive the BRZ like a WRX and vice versa to be fast. Drive a WRX like a WRX, and drive a BRZ like a BRZ. Play into their strong points and work around their weaknesses.

There's totally no space in the BRZ. That's a good and bad thing... Fun car... but totally not practical.

I kinda miss boost but the superior handling makes up for it.
FT86club is okay. It is a young group. The way they organize their forums/threads is kind of dumb.

I want one, but I get too much snow to not have AWD.

For what it is, there's plenty of space. I can fit a full set of wheels in the back seat. The trunk is decent too. It's practical enough.

A nice set of snow tires would solve that

Maybe, but i'd need a lift kit too. Twice this winter I bottomed out my wrx because we got 9 inches of snow while I was at work.

I might be wrong, but many Average Joes who don't know too much about cars ( people who are sold to the Toyota/Scion brand ) could've gotten into them.. camry, avalon, and Scion xb/xd/tc owners could've said 'the hell with this' and could've traded them in.. what Toyota owners might not know is, Subaru is just as/ if not more reliable than Toyotas!! But I'm sure people research before they buy the car, so they could be aware that it is Toyota/Subaru, but an average Joe might not know?

How can they not own this car in blue?? Does the FRS come in blue? That's what would make me get the BRZ over the FRS..

P.S: I love WRB by the way lol

Except for the iClub meets, I never see BRZs...didn't Toyota place a restriction that Subaru can only sell 1 BRZ for every 10 FRS (or something like that)? So inherently there are way more Scion copies out there.

That 10:1 ratio has nothing to do with the US market. Sale wise here in the US, it's 1 BRZ to every 2-3 FRS's.

It definitely has a lot of trunk space with the seats down. However, not people space, haha

The more cars out there, the better the aftermarket will be!

If you want a unique car that not many other people have, you're going to need to be spending like over $60k at least. That's just how it goes.
