What an arrogant little *****. Guys like that should not have jobs, they should get to live on the street until they learn how to deal with customers. If you have a pissed off customers, there are ways to deal with it, without repeatedly insinuating that they are gay. That old man should have stabbed him with that knife, the kid deserved it.
