some jerk scratched my car! :(
When I was driving home from work yesterday, I was stop in traffic and this guy behind me was stepping on his gas hard and slamming on his break hard in the stop and go traffic, It look in my rear view I thought he was so close that he hit me, but I did not feel anything so I did not think of anything of it, but when I wash the car this morning, sure enough he did hit me, and now I wish I had his plate to make him pay for it.

What should I do to get this fix? Think its something I should do though my insurance? my deductible is $500

That def looks like it can be buffed out. After you clean out the "white" stuff, get some touch up paint and fill in where parts of paint came off.
See if you can use your fingernail, and pick at a tiny spot. If the scuff comes off while you are picking at it with your fingernail, you should be able to buff it out with some polish/rubbing compound depending on the severity.
If I'm wrong somebody please correct me

err I should say, the thick lines you see are deep in to the plastic. the other small mark does look like it can be buff out, but I have no buff tools, or no skills at touch up paint to fix this on my own.

at the i-club meet last night it was in my sight all the time. just sad to see my new baby hurt like this.
Hey Sioni, I can take a look at it and fix it as much as I can for ya. What are you doing tomorrow (Sunday)? Maybe you can drop by my work. If you decide to, please text me in advance so I know.
