I'm more likely to have a heart attack while on my 50 mile bike rides while training for the Konocti Challenge - Pedaling around Clear Lake (65 miles). My cardiologist says I'm fine and fit to go after he installed that pressure line fitting in my heart after my heart attack in January. He also tells me my cholesterol levels are fine, even a bit on the low side.
Love the drama llama pic. Keep up the good work.
