Don't know about how often they fail, but I drove the 2015 FXT, and when you have that CVT in S# mode, its not a bad little setup. Shifted with the flapy paddles it clicked up and down "gear" very quick and snappy.

Sorry, the HTCVT in the Levorg, FXT, and WRX aren't crap. When you drive one you can speak on how bad it's not.

It gets better once you tune it. s# is really the only mode enthusiasts should drive it in. If you don't know any better you'll think that I mode (default) is how it drives all the time.
