Two lanes, tall medium on my side, and sidewalk with trees on the other cars side (older white lady)...

We're completely stopped and cannot go ANYWHERE... there are like 15 or so cars in front of us... Cop comes blazing up on us without his lights, comes to a screatching halt in middle of me and the white lady... He then decides to get about 1 inch off our bumpers (more on the ladies side) and start blaring his horn and throwing up his hands like we could go somewhere or something... It doesnt stop after just a couple seconds, he just lays down on his horn until the light turns green and we could finally go somewhere... Then he has the decency to give me the evil eye when he passed!

WTF!? Like I could have done something? The poor lady next to me was panicing and trying to go up the curb without success. I just sat there not doing anything cuz if I did I would have bent my tie rods and possibly got stuck on the medium.

Oh, and the horn hoking lasted like 15-20 seconds straight.

I remember this cop stopped on this right turn that has its own lane ( you aren't suppose to stop) so I honked at him, he didnt seem to happy.

 

He might shoot your finger off! That would actually be a cool story to tell

 

Unless he's on SWAT, I doubt he has that great of aim. You'd be surprised at how crappy some cops shoot. (witnessed first hand in the academy)

 

Then maybe he'll just walk up to your car and pepper spray you through your open window...I have an open imagination

At least the guy was persistent though. I was driving home the other day when I see this old lady run a red light, right in front of a cop car! He turns his sirens and lights on and attempts to pull the old woman over. And what does she do? She stops in the left most lane and stays there for a good 2 minutes while the cop just sits in his car wondering what the hell to do. He finally just gives up and takes off...funniest thing I've ever seen because the old lady looked soo confused!
