And at the track they have 100 octane fuel. Is there anything wrong with using 100 on a stage 2 CA crap map?

besides the fact that your car doesn't need straight 100, no. It will not make a noticeable difference. However, especially in BW heat, 100 octane will run cooler which is important- basically, youd be running it for a margin of safety, not for power.

I would run a mix of 91/100... maybe 4 gallons of 100 and 8 gallons of 91. I added about 2.5 gallons of 100 to my half tank of fuel at TH this last weekend.

its not bad to run 100 to be on the safe side especially on the track in 100+ degrees

So my engine will run cooler. Would I see that in EG temps? I'll probably have my new guages by then so I am just curious..how much cooler?

I would run a 2/3 91 - 1 1/3 100 mix if not tuned for the octane, this will give you a great margin of safety and wont be excessive on the back pocket.

Yep- just like I said up top- 4 gallons of 100 and 8 gallons of 91... there isn't a real need for any more than that.
