I've had surgery on my right shoulder a year ago this month. I'm going to have the left one done also. What are they doing to it? And if you need a good therapist let me know, I know the best place to get your should back into shape in no time. I was back to training in martial arts in about a month.

damn dude. I hope everything went alright and you are doing good.
It's a pretty decent surgery with a major recovery process. I was suppose to get it done last spring but I said no. I dislocated it 9 times in one freaking winter. I've been doing massage therapy and what not and it's done wonders but I have a feeling next spring I'm gonna have to go under. So let me know who did your surgery and if you are happy with it. Keep me pusted on the recovery process and what not.
I skipped out on my knee surgery that was scheduled for a couple weeks ago too. But that was cause a second opinion agreed with me and said I should try PT first.
