Instead of the green lip. Get a stock Subaru badge, strip the paint, get green nail polish, and have a green Subaru badge.

Its more color than I would want to DD but it looks good. -1 on the lip, seems too much for anything but a show car. But maybe that's just me.
You should clear the amber in your headlights, does wonders for an 04 front end IMO.

No green lip...equal the ghey. Get regular tail lights but move run light to inner circle and clear out amber in headlights equals win! Also remove front tint, I remember driving your car and getting pulled over all the time! LOL. Get a brighter green to better match the wheels for the Hella Horns cover. Just my $0.02 but looks good, always wanted to try a crazy color scheme.
