For the record: Did not have the 2nd key. Hit about 950 HP in a couple quick stints to 100mph with a few co-workers.
So I don't care what anyone else says, you don't need the 2nd key to unlock all the power. It's only needed for going over 200mph and being able to allow the car to lower itself for such speeds.
