i saw some naked old guy standing on an overpass comming back from Santa Barbara on 101 a couple years ago. There were like 4 cops standing kinda close to him but they weren't even looking at him hahaha!

I was there at 10:30 am when he just screwed up traffic. this is what eveyone did to him.

That reminds me... about 5+ months ago some guy threatened to jump off a high overpass in stockton. My ex-brother-in-law is San Juaquin Swat but he was the closest officer at the scene.
She shows up to the man on the bridge first and waits for about 6+ hours. Finally him and a few cops got sooo fed up that they started the ecourage him to jump. He jumped
