so how do yi rip these hoses out?
When Installing the MBC...I don't want to break something...
er sorry for the n00b question but how'd ya pull out and put in hoses?!

It's pretty simple, you just move the clamp to away from the end of the hose then pull. They should slide off pretty easily.
Before putting new hoses on, spit a bit in the end of the hose, or wipe a bit on the nipples before you put them on, they'll slide in easier.
