Thanks guys Domestic violence is no joke and guys who are bad into it scare the crap out of women.. For me i had no support system and no family pretty much cus they all passed away. I was told anytime if i wanted to leave i would leave in a body bag etc.. I went through massive amounts of abuse.. And when i say massive you wouldnt ever imagine.. But what got my nerve up to leave was the fact i was robbed at gun point on the job one night and the robber put me through hell to say the least. The next day after i had calmed down some i basically said **** you **** this i am gone. I figured if i lived through the robbery i wasnt gonna let this piece of **** take me down. I took off moved out of state.. I later then moved to cali met my husband got married and watch my back all the time. Hes made his threats to find me down here and well he did find where i was and who my husband was but i so dare him to show up here..

As for Rihanna hopefully shes smart enough and has support from others around her to stay away.. once a guy beats the crap out of you and says sorry he is likely to do it again and again.

I heard on the news last night that TMZ was not making it official. The spokesman said something like "There are lots of pictures floating around, so we are waiting for someone to confirm".

i bet it started right away in their relationship. for one thing, i never heard of chris brown. i have heard of rihanna.

so you know there is some feelings about that.

going though my sociology degree in college, part of it was going the social work side, as opposed to social research (which i eventually went with) and i saw and heard stories that would just make you sick.

a majority of them, the women believe that man will be okay. it was a one time thing and most, and this is where i just couldnt believe it, the women felt it was their fault...

sigh.

so, with rihanna being young, i can just about bet you, she will be back with this guy. not soon. but give it a year to 18 months...

once women are in this cycle, it's hard to get out of it.

i congratulate GIBZ for getting herself out of her situation. it's rare that she did it herself, without much of a support structure around her.
