Well, I am glad you all enjoyed it. I would love to board down Lombard, but it ain't gonna happen. By the way, if anyone is interested, gonna try to board in the Santa Cruz mountains on Saturday if there is enough snow. Granted, if there is enough snow. Gonna bring out my beater board head up to Mt. Loma Prieta and at very least make a little kicker or ride down the road a couple times just to say I rode in the Santa Cruz mountains.

Looking at the temperatures, only way to get to the snow is up in the mountains.
Sadly, people will flock to Mount Hamilton Road and they will CLOSE it!
Anyone know if it can be accessed from the north? From Livermore (Mines Road)?
I won't be going, just asking for everyone else.

Its not going to, BUT...it could have. The storm is loaded with enough cold air to do it, but the clouds rolled in too soon, trapping the warm air comming off the ground, that raised the temps up 2-3 degrees and cut that posiblity off.
