Snowboarders: Double Whammy Pass
here check this out www.skinorthstar.com
if you haven't already heard. good deal for a season pass for both northstar and sierra for the 2003-2004 season. prices vary depending on age, if a student with 9 units, and so forth. but i got mine under the student price for $219 unlimited to sierra, and unlimited to northstar except blackout dates. $219 is approx. equals to just buying 4 lift tickets. hurry while supplies last or the offer expires. jomel

hey ish,
i posted this so anybody (boarders, skiers, posers)including you can get one if you wanted to. my bad for generalizing) and as far as northstar/sierra being a hill, then all you haters don't go. simple as that. alpine's deal sounds good, but what are the requirements.
and P.S. snowboard only SUCKS if you don't know how or if you live in a desert!!! jomel

I want to go snowboarding RIGHT NOW. Too bad it hasn't even started to rain.
This season I want to get a season pass, but I don't know where too. Max is a negative nancy about where he rides, but I personally like Northstar and Sierra, both great mountains in my opinion.
See those things behind our town, Max? Those are hills.

haha, i was just playin along with the whole skier/snowboarding contoversy since your title was snowboarder specific.
oh and i have snowboarded before and i have only lived in the desert for 2 weeks now. i grew up in the bay area going to tahoe every winter and went to college in arizona (no not the desert) but at 7000 feet 15 minutes from a ski resort, so to you

If you want a double season pass get the sugarwood pass.....two of the best mountains around here.
As for me...I'm not a student anymore....I can't afford season passes. I mean damn...my home mountain....bear valley...theirs are rediculous.
You basically have to go close to 20 time on average to make any season pass worth it....and I don't know about you guys...but that's hard to do.....I like to ride other mountains....
I put down like 10-15 at bear. 3-5 at kirkwood. 1-2 at sugarbowl. 2-4 at sierra.
This year I plan to ride mammoth and possibly wistler and black comb a couple days.

Squawllywood - 1600.00
Don't get me wrong...Squaw is tight! But 1600 for a season is a bit crazy. You could just split a corporate package with someone and get 25 tickets for 1225...now who from the bay is gonna go more than 25 times...I wan't meet that guy and ride with him/her. You could get a mid-week pass for only $875!
