Thanks to all your input... i-clubbers truly are a close-knit group. As earlier mentioned, I'm still giving CaliSuby the benefit of the doubt. He texted me back and said his contact was caught and fired from his job. To his defense, he did come through for me a couple of years ago and this time, he guaranteed I'll get my smog if I decide.
However, I already installed my catted dp and will get my car retuned to pass smog. If I fail, i can always drive down to Salinas and get it done. It's unfortunate that i had to post this thread in order to get some sort of a resolution, but hopefully, we can all get an understanding that we should always treat each other truthfully and respect.
Let's all continue to watch each other's backs and help each other out. Thanks again!

might be better to search using only 2 or 3 octets instead of the full IP. Anyone using charter in the sacramento area could end up with 68.185.64.0 - 68.185.95.255 IPs so its possible you might accidentally ban that 4wheeline suby guy by mistake.

Shouldnt need to retune to pass smog. Just need the oem dp on there for visual pass and swap it back out after. Heard of plenty of people that pass the sniffer test even with an aftermarket dp.

Never pay the money upfront.. but everybody knew that.. if u need a smog, I kno a shop that does it. Don't need to pay me any money, u can be with me when u pay the shop.. had a guy pm me (Chinese guy, forgot ur name sorry) about smog, helped him out so he can vouch for me..
