Smog Check Time

Gotta smog check the car to get registration.

Have TBE plus aftermarket up pipe.

Any suggestion for place to go to in bay area (southbay or san francisco or everywhere in between)

Also, I hear w/ my setup, the minimum is to put the downpipe back on and hope for a weak visual inspection.

PM's welcome!

shouldnt be hard to find a weak inspection but do put your oem downpipe on

mine passed with aftermarket exhaust samco hoses and sti upipe

not only did i pass but i passed by a LONG shot! like not even near the average and way off from fail!

good luck

Had my car smogged a few months back at the Chevron on Lawrence Expressway/Pruneridge. At the time, I had an OEM TBE, catless uppipe, 3-port boost solenoid, Samco Y-hose and I passed with flying colors.

As long as you have the OEM downpipe on, you should be fine as far as the "sniffer" test goes.
