Just passed a mobile smog check on east bound Jaklin. They had the rollers out too. WTF!

 

they had one yesterday in east san jose off yerba buena and silver creek road on the way up to evergreen valley college. so glad they can put awd on those dynos and my car isnt low

This bites.... These have been around for a while. Mostly in LA or Sac, But sounds like we now all get to play. I will have to read up. But I think last I heard if you refuse they use the CHP to enforce you. As part of the new smog check program. I do know the old program you could opt out.
