lots of shops that would do the "as-is" pass are now done because of stings in the last couple years. kinda gotta know a guy who knows a guy kinda thing...

if you can make your car pass emissions, i know two guys that'll charge you regular price and wont even worry about the visual. so i mean as long as you have a cat, i think you should be fine. lmk..
