i got rearended about 6 months ago by some lady. i was sitting at a red light, and she just pulls out of a parking lot and into the back of my car. as we're exchanging info, she made a big deal out of the fact that i was talking on my cell phone. i said BFD, i was at a red light. anyway, that one was settled in less than 10 minutes of phone time with her totally at fault.
about 3 months after that, i got rearended AGAIN at a different red light, this time by a lady who had no insurance... just a little crease in my license plate area, but still bad enough to replace the cover. this time i got smart, took ca$h, and bought myself a nice little VF34.
