Slammed into in Alamo

As most of the people on this site, my car is my baby. . . well today my car was beaten like the readheaded step-child. Coming out of the safeway parking lot in Alamo, CA. I was rolling forward and a truck was passing in front of me and so i eased on the brakes. BAM ! A riced out honda accord blows right into the back of me. The guy jumps out of the car and starts yelling about how i slammed on the brakes and what not. So he gives me all of his information. . . . Needless to say he should be shot. The right side of the back of my bumper is messed up. By the way I saw a WR Blue WRX on Sycamore Valley Road around 4:00. and I saw a WR Blue STI in the Safeway parking lot in alamo (same parking lot my car was mulled in). I know a guy who owns a body shop that does insurance work and he said he will work it all out. I hope to get pics as soon as possible.

I guess the good news for you is that the insurance company will almost always put the blame on the rearender instead of the rearendee. So you should be safe.

that dude needs to be beaten senseless for three reasons:

1) he hurt your baby
2) the yelling
3) b/c of his riced out honda

didn't you say that your neck/back hurts from the impact?

j/k, j/k....

Find a ritzy place to get an estimate. Make sure the check is written out to you and the shop. Cash the check. Get it fixed at your hooked up place.

Perfectly legal. Consider it $ for your trouble.

i got hit last year in Pleasanton. it was a hit and run in a parking lot, but i saw the guy do it. Jumped in car, chased him down, called police when i was doing it. Guy got caught...and lots of trouble for hit and run...said he didn't know he hit my car...even w/ alarm going off and all...right dude...
Anyway, got estimate from cooks collision. Is this a good place to go to. His insurance company will take care of it for 3 years...so i don't care about my bumper for 2.5 years...anyway i may have been the wrb suby rex on sycamore...i have a roof rack. and factory 02 spoiler. sorry to hear about the car. alamo is the worst place to get hit...so many rich punks(rude ones).
